Personal Growth Experiment
Starting today, and continuing for the next 21 days, dedicate at least 20 minutes each day to learning about and cultivating your capacity for self-compassion.
For the first 7 days, immerse yourself in the resources and exercises provided in this module. Experiment with as many of them as possible.
For the remaining 14 days, focus on the strategies and practices that resonate most with you.
As time allows, continue to research the topic in greater depth. However, make sure to practice some form of experiential self-compassion each day.
Record a few notes about your daily practice in your journal or the Well-Being Strategies Tracker.
At the end of the 21 days, revisit the Self-Compassion Questionnaire to assess your progress!
Finally, create a plan for how you will continue to cultivate and practice self-compassion moving forward.
