Values Personal Experiment

For each of the next 21 days, spend at least 20-30 minutes learning about values, exploring your values, and finding ways to live your values.

For the first seven days, spend time exploring what your values are. Use the exercises in this module as starting points for your exploration. 

For the remaining days, experiment with these values. Like what is described in the “living your values” section of this module, you may want to “try on” your values to see whether they feel authentic and genuine. Continue to use the exercises and strategies in this module that resonate with you  most. 

Continue to learn about values as time allows, but make sure to spend time practicing living your values each day. 

Record a few notes about what you did each day.

At the end of the 21 days go back and retake the Values Questionnaire to see how you have improved!

Lastly, make a plan for how you will continue to develop and live your values moving forward in your life.
